Construction of a storage tank

Our company was selected by BIOWANZE for the engineering of a 3,000 m³ tank for the storage of Protiwanze, a protein-rich animal feed.
The foundations of the new reservoir were carefully constructed, including retaining piles and a base foundation, as well as inner and outer circular walls, with various reserves.
Several metal structures associated with the project were studied, in particular an access walkway on the roof, an access staircase to the tank, a double staircase to span the withdrawal pipe, as well as various pipe supports.
As part of the infrastructure development, we created a compacted gravel roadway to bypass the reservoir and provide easy access to the wharf.
In order to ensure the security of sensitive areas, we have installed various bollards to warn and protect these specific areas.
We have studied in detail all the connection pipes with the existing process. Finally, a meticulous follow-up of the achievements was carried out by our engineers, until commissioning.
